We leverage these opportunities with our deep real estate brokerage bench and relationships of trust and respect with the brokerage industry.

Evaluate
This is a key strength of Synergy. We envision the redevelopment opportunity through our detailed due diligence process.
We then analyze the project to ensure it meets our performance objectives and seek out synergistic community partners to support these redevelopment opportunities.

Aquire
Our in-house investment team arranges financing, the Legal and Title team oversee the closing process, and the asset management team adds the property to our portfolio.

Develop
Our development, design and construction teams work together to redevelop newly acquired properties. Our leasing partners handle the leasing aspect of all vacant spaces and we install third party managers onsite to oversee the properties.

Sell
We will make recommendations for dispositions of property as deemed by our asset management team. These dispositions will follow the governing guidelines for reinvestment during the overall investment horizon.
