The Synergy-Zone fund exists to synergize our strengths creating unique real estate developments together.  Our expertise is our ability to creatively leverage our core strengths and look at opportunities in a different way.  We are entrepreneurial in nature and smartly approach risk.  Our principals experience in our core disciplines drive the real estate vetting and development process more efficiently.  This leads to smarter and better deals.

The Synergy-Zone Fund invests in urban real estate with high-quality potential in the inner  core of metropolitan areas in Ohio where positive development is underway and long-term  growth is predictable.

We are opportunistic in our approach and focus on areas where under-performing buildings or land can be acquired and push transformative change to improve the communities while maximizing the investment potential.

Our focus is on projects in which the value of a particular property after development is between $5-20 million.  We deploy capital on mixed-use projects involving multi-family and other complementary uses.

We utilize a variety of strategies that allow us to maximize the upside and potential of redevelopment.
